We will work out your personal body analysis, circumference measurement and type determination for you

Where do you want to go?
We will work out your new goal with you

How do you get it? We create your new training plan and give tips for your sport and plus 30 minutes of nutrition coaching per month

How do you keep up? Use our training LOGBOOK
The basis is Power Plate training twice a week.
