This is how we proceed together:

We clarify your most important questions:

 

  • Where do you stand?
    We will work out your personal body analysis, circumference measurement and type determination for you

 

  • Where do you want to go?
    We will work out your new goal with you


 

  • How do you get it? We create your new training plan and give tips for your sport and  plus 30 minutes of nutrition coaching per month

 

  • How do you keep up? Use our training LOGBOOK

 

 

The basis is Power Plate training twice a week.

You can book additional training courses with us, e.g.

 

  • Kettlebell workouts

  • Daily power workout
